Music player, CD/DVD, radio.Shutters on windows.This new 2 story villa has a panoramic view of the Casa de Campo resort and is located on the 2nd hole of the private Country club golf course. It is also very close to the Marina and always enjoys a cooling breeze.
The house is decorated in a contemporary style with modern colorfull accents. It has various sitting areas in- and outdoors, a bar area and patio sitting, and all rooms have direct access to a large gorgeous pool. Very nice well equipped kitchen with marble tops.
All bedrooms have fans and A/C, and flat screen TV. Two bedrooms connect through closet.
In the basement there is a movie theatre for entertainment.
