Very nice classic 2 storey villa in a quiet prestigious and private neighbourhood, close to the private Minitas beach and the marina. Located on the 16th hole of the private La Romana Country club golf course.

Large terrace with sunny and shaded sitting and lounging areas around a large pool and jacuzzi. Great gazebo area perfect for entertaining.

Big living room with several sitting corners and large dining room that sits 10 people, both air conditionned. All social areas face south which assures a nice breeze the entire day.

Large bedrooms with ensuite coralina bathrooms and closets, 3 are located downstairs and 2 upstairs, and 1 in the basement.
